I ran a speed test on my dsl wired pc and the latency to server was 89 ms, but when using a wireless laptop the latency to server went to 2133 ms. Is my router messed up?|||The router does no add much latency, only wireless connections do, as they run at a slow speed, and are half duplex - they talk part of the time, then listen part of the time.
Always do your tests wired direct to the router....Wireless is not a good indicator of your actual internet speed.|||14 millispeds|||less than 1.4E+04 nanohertz
