Am I paying for the right DSL How will I know?

How can I tell if I am really getting the high speed DSL that I am paying for? Is there a test I can do? I had basic DSL before and now have a higher speed. It does not seem to be much faster.|||Test your speeds using any of the following web sites:

You should be ok if your download/upload speeds are within 85% of what the ISP advertised. You'll rarely get 100% speed, especially during peak hours (nights).|||Look at major companies and yes theres s Speed checker . Google it|||Check out http://www.speedtest.net/
