http://liferockon.webs.com/|||THERE MAY BE MANY REASONS FOR THIS.
IT CAN HELP YOU IN 90% OF THE CASE. SO YOU CAN TRY IT OUT.
1. First delete all your temp and temporary internet files.
2. Open network connections in control panel and under last tab there is a option of repair, click that.
3. Check for a new software (mainly antivirus) you just have installed cause many antivirus keep network connections restricted so as to prevent from risks ( spywares /adwares etc. ). Change their settings to some low level so they don't restrict internet connections.
4. Restart your PC and then see if it works if not let's move on.
5. If you still have troubles open command prompt ( start --%26gt; run --%26gt; cmd ) change the directory to C:\ ( or where your windows is installed)
6. Type these commands :-
ipconfig /flushdns (then press enter)
ipconfig /release (then press enter if nothing happens try typing releases in place of release)
ipconfig /renew (press enter)
7. reboot your PC.
If problem still exist the server may be down for some time when you faced the problem , if not try system restore.
To restore system start in safe mode. click no to the warning that appears then system restore will appear . Follow on screen instructions to restore system to a time when connection was OK.
If problem still exist contact the person who manages your internet connection. |||You need to reboot your modem, too. Power down your PC, your router, and your modem; leave the power off the router and modem for at LEAST a minute. Restart the modem; make sure all the lights are on. Then restart the router, and make sure the modem is "talking" to it properly. THEN attach it to your PC and reboot that.
If you have a wireless feature on your router, be SURE that it's encrypted; if it's not, you can probably locate the user manual online and go through the setup process again. You want to keep others off your network not just for security, but so that they don't interfere with your use of your own bandwidth.|||maybe the wires are loose or you have downloaded too many things and that has used up your memory go to tools and internet options and go to delete history cookies and all that hopefully that will make it run faster
