My PC speed test i did ?

On SpeedTest.com my average speed for my DSL was 1030 for download and 340 for upload , is this good , bad or ugly . Personally i have no idea , Thank you|||the download is pretty pathetic for DSL... as for the upload, that isn't too bad.
