Help|||if you have a 3.6 mbps your top download speed should be 360 kbps, so nothing is wrong.|||Spazz is right, downloads are in bytes/sec, ISP speeds are bits/sec. Divide bits by 8, and you get the theoretical maximum download speed. 3.6mbps/8 is just over 400kBps (kilo Bytes/sec), so your speed of 280-400 is about right.
