Internet connection speed test for steam install?

Okay, so I was given advice to take a internet connection speed test to find out which to choose from the following in the steam installation, "Modem - 56k, DSL %26gt; 256K, DSL %26gt; 768K, DSL/Cable %26gt; 2M, Cable/Fiber %26gt; 10M". Except when I take it, what do I look at in the results to see what my internet speed matches? I'm taking test at www.speedtest.net If someone helps me it would be greatly appreciated, thanks :)|||You're way over-thinking this problem of your Steam install. Just pick DSL/Cable when downloading from Steam. It'll work fine. Don't bother with speed tests. Just pick DSL/Cable.
