Is DSL connection speed my problem, or actual computer speed?

I can't really say PROBLEM either, it's just more of an occasional nuisance.. But like I have 2 computers in my home running off an ATT DSL router, both are wireless. I tested my connection speed on the desktop and its about 650/195Kbs down/up. Is this sufficient for downloading or streaming most video content? Cuz every once in awhile, the videos will buffer excessively. Then other times, they play just fine. So is it more the connection speed determining this kind of thing or could my computers be slowing down? (very probable)|||I don't see how you can watch any videos. I have AT%26amp;T extreme 6.0 Right now mine is running

at 5885kbps download, and 395kbps upload. Obviously I don't have any trouble with any videos.

You could call your AT%26amp;T and ask about an upgrade plan.|||Connection speed is fine. Download speed is also determined by the server upload speed and maybe oyu're not alone on your connection and somebody is stealing your bandwidth. Get WPA security and keep your router from broadcasting it's SSID.|||A good way to increase your internet speed is to use an Internet Optimizer like Internet Cyclone. This can improve internet speed by optimizing some registry settings.

You can download it from http://www.jordysoft.com/icyclone/intern鈥?/a>
