My DSL is 4MB but my download's speed is 80 max !?

My dsl is 4mb and the download's speed was 500+ , but now it's 56


the weird thing is when I use speed test it shows that my download speed is 500+ and my dsl is 4MB!


I tried rebooting the router but nothing happen :(


is it from the provider ?


or it's my router ?


BTW I was downloading so much things this time , but I don't think that's a problem cuz a time ago I downloaded much things too but nothing happen


please help me youtube is slow and I can't download anything .|||A 4Mbps DSL service should get you about 488KB/s.





Did you change anything on your phone line? Did you move a cordless phone base station? Add an alarm system? Maybe a satellite TV receiver? When you have DSL, every single device connected to your phone line must have an appropriate DSL filter.|||Internet packages are rarely as they appear. There are many factors that can limit the data spewed into your computer.





I have paid for the best internet that exists in the USA, and still get like 1MB per second while 3 computers are connected at once.





The company advertises speeds up to 24MB/s... FAIL!
