How can I speed up my PLDT DSL connection? their offer is at 512kbps but my actual connection is only 390kbps?

the actual speed of my DSL connection based on their test meter is only at 390kbps but I paid for the service of 512kbps. is there any software or sites that can increase pldt dsl connection? thanks.|||That is good enough, if there is a lot of internet users, heavy traffic occurs, that makes your connection slows down, If you have 512kbps connection it doesn't mean you gonna have 100% 512kbps all the time.. You can check your modem speed in modem tools menu..Take note that your connection is assymetric, meaning not balanced, your upstream maybe high and downstream is low, if you take the average that is closed to the test meter...|||You must be happy that you have a 390 kbps other get only less than what you have. Almost all service provider are jumping to their conclusion that they will give you the maximum speed, maybe if you are the only one who use the connection but if were hundred thousand subscriber is using the connection, how traffic it will give to the cable. The promo is good but the service is poor.
