How can I tell my speed with verizon dsl?

There is dsl for 14.95 %26amp; dsl for 29.95, but when connected there is no icon to tell what speed you are at. How do you test your speed? Download Speed, upload speed etc.|||Go to http://www.broadbandreports.com and look for the link to their free online speed tests.
