I use this when I get friends bringing me their PC to fix, this is my first stop.....Just select "full tests", then you can create your new account, or you can opt to run it as anonymous.....

Meaning, after they identify your problem, they offer you a fixit program that you can pay for. There are free programs that you can use or check your system properties by right clicking on my computer.
