i have this diagnostic dsl internert tool where it test system configuration, local network test, detect modem, ppp test, DNS resolve test, trace Rout test, and finaly download speed. the download speed test fails. does any one know why can any one help me because my dwnld speed is low.|||If you go to speedtest.net and the download test fails:
Call your ISP and tell them. If it continues to fail, get a new provider.
