Speed is ok, but timing out still?

What would cause this? My internet speed is just fine. Google searches, websites, etc. But when I try to log into online banking, most of the time it times out when I click LOGIN. I notice it gets hung up on FaceBook consistently (applications) and Pandora radio loses connection every so often. I ran a speed test and it said that I was functioning at normal DSL speed.|||I have the exact same problem with my banking (BofA) if that's also your bank, it could be something on their end, so check with them. Have you cleaned up your memory %26amp; defragged, %26amp; tried a system restore?
