Is this a good dsl speed?

A speed test says that my Download = 189.47 kbps and my


Upload = 103.66 kbps. Is this fast? What can I do to make my connection stronger? Thanks :)|||All you can do is contact your IP (Internet Provider) and see if you can get a faster connection. There is no software or anything you can do to make an internet connection faster.
