Yahoo dsl internet speed & modem problems!!?

I have yahoo dsl High speed which came with a modem.3 other people in my same area have the same service %26amp; the same modem and there download speed is around 150 kb.Im only getting about 60kb download speed.I ran a speed test and it showed to be around 700kb.I have 3 computer in my house and 2 are upgraded fully,so its not a slow pc.the yahoo dsl site said the package i have should have around 500-800kb.So where may my problem lie?how can it be fixed?What must i do?thanks...|||it more that likely your router.... i had the same problem....i get 3Mbps... and i was barely getting 200k, i upgraded my router and its right on the money now.
