Ok i wondering i this is fast or not for my computer download speed and upload?

Ok i have dsl internet tested the speed and the download speed is 176 Kb/s and the upload speed is 61 Kb/s and latency is 1128ms whatever that is. I want to know if its fast or not cause my computer is being really slow thanks. If not any ways of fixing this problem?|||It depends on your connection bandwidth. If you're using a connection between 1.5 - 2Mbps , your speed is OK.|||no thats a very very slow connection you should be getting MB/s not KB
