Is this a good speed for Verizon dsl?

Ok i just took a speed test and this is results:





Download: 739kb/s


Upload: 132kb/s


Ping: 72





i dont know if itsgood or bad or whatever but i think it is slow downloading speed because whenever i try downloading something about lets say 6mb it takes like 30sec to finish.
